Description
The ITIL®4 Foundation is the basis for all advanced ITIL® training courses. In this training you will learn the basics of the ITIL® philosophy and deal with the new service value system of ITIL®4, after which you will be perfectly prepared to take the online exam.

The training is divided into 5 chapters:

Chapter 1: Introduction to service management with ITIL®4
Chapter 2: The ITIL® guiding principles
Chapter 3: The four dimensions of service management
Chapter 4: The ITIL® practices
Chapter 5: Sample exam

Net Duration: approx. 7 hours. Learning controls and sample exam questions are included.

Recommended effort: 10-12 hours.

The price of the course includes the exam and the currently valid VAT. You will receive an e-mail from our training management within 3 working days after booking with the corresponding voucher from the examination centre PeopleCert for taking an online examination.

All exam vouchers from 01.02.2022 also include the original literature as an e-book. You will receive more information about this with the exam voucher.
